TERA

Description: TERA is a massively multiplayer online game where skill matters, and not only do you have to aim to hit, but you can dodge enemy attacks. Don't want to get hit by that Big-Ass Monster's (yes, they really have those) massive attack? Don't be there when it lands. I was brought on board this AAA MMO out of Korea during the build-up to it's May launch to provide some extra editing and writing support for both the game and their marketing efforts. And now I'm hooked and playing every day (between writing, of course).


Marvel Heroes

Description: Marvel Heroesis a massively multiplayer online game where you get to play as your favorite Marvel Comics super-heroes! Stop criminals in their tracks with Spider-Man’s web shooters. Sling Captain America’s famous shield. Or play fan favorites like Cable, Deadpool, Ms. Marvel, or dozens of others. I wrote character dialog for this upcoming MMO and am stoked about the prospect of playing some of my all-time favorite characters.


Guild Wars 2

Description: After publishing Guild Wars: Eye of the North, the final Guild Wars expansion, ArenaNet began retooling the world of Tyria for brand new experience. Guild Wars 2 begins 150 years after the the events in Eye of the North. But this is no expansion, but an entirely new game, built from the ground up. Players will get to explore a huge, open world while playing one of five different races. I spent three years on the development of this game and am just as eager as every other Guild Wars fan to see it in stores.

Urza's Destiny Game Guide

Description: This is the third strategy guide I wrote for the Magic: The Gathering TCG while I worked as editor on Duelist magazine. This guide gave card-by-card descriptions and strategies for the Urza's Destiny card set for the Magic: The Gathering trading card game. It includes images of each card in the set as well as original short fiction titled "Phyrexian Autopsy" that introduced the story behind the set. This was my third published short story, and it can be read from the Short Stories page.


Urza's Legacy Game Guide

Description: This is the second strategy guide I wrote for the Magic: The Gathering TCG while I worked as editor on Duelist magazine. Description: I co-wrote this official Wizards of the Coast guide to the Pokemon trading card game with Stan! Brown and Michael Mikaelian while working as editor-in-chief of TopDeck magazine. It was designed to be a handbook for parents and kids to help them better understand the Pokemon trading card game phenomenon. Inside is information for parents to help them deal with such issues as trading and how Pokemon can aid in learning. There are also sections on how to play the game and information about the Pokemon TCG League.
